We are delighted to confirm we have successfully finished Phase 1 of the Portman Estate Package C external works project which has had its challenges at this time of year. We would like to thank our site teams for all their hard work and endeavours through some pretty miserable weather conditions.

Phase 1 of the project was to undertake the external maintenance, decoration and repair works at 10 Seymour Mews, a residential building located in Marylebone, an affluent inner-city area of central London, located within the City of Westminster and part of the West End. The building is situated between Manchester Square and Portman Square, near the Marble Arch and a few steps away from the famous shopping destination – Oxford Street and New Bond Street.

The works at 10 Seymour Mews included scaffolding, external repointing, window repairs and partial roof replacement at mews properties. Phase 1 of the Portman Estate Package C has been handed over and the scaffold has been removed.

Phase 2 – external maintenance, decoration and repair works at 7-11 Robert Adam Street are due to commence.
