Godfrey Martin closed all its site operations in March following the Coronavirus outbreak. The company directors decided to keep all of our sites and office closed to ensure the safety of all our staff and supply chain.

Over the last two months, we have been working hard in the background with our clients, consultants, and our health and safety teams to ensure our safe return to work. Working closely with our stakeholders, we have put in new safe work systems and created new policy documents and site operation procedures to make sure we are working within the Construction Leadership Council, HSE, and Government guidelines. This has been challenging as we have had to completely re-address our working procedures.

We are now ready to return to the site, knowing we have tried to cover all aspects of this new working environment. The safety of our employees and all our business partners remains our primary concern. We will be rigorously and frequently monitoring our projects and our systems to ensure the safety and well-being of all.

We are incredibly pleased to confirm we will be returning to our project at Clarendon House from the 26th of May with our staggered approach to re-open our other sites throughout June. We want to thank all our staff, clients, and consultants for their help and support throughout this challenging period, and we look forward to working with you all again.
