We are delighted to confirm we have secured another new project at Connaught street.
This is a Grade 2 listed property and the works relate to the external and internal refurbishment of the building. We are carrying out the external repairs to the whole of the building which will include roof repairs, brick repairs and repointing, window replacements and overhaul, new pavement lights, metalwork repairs and external decorations.
The internal works relate to the commercial shop unit areas located on the ground floor and basement. This works consists of a full strip out, structural designs and installations, new basement cavity drain system, damp proofing works, new floor slab to basement areas, lime based plaster repairs throughout, new configuration of the existing layout, joinery repairs and internal decorations.
We are very proud to say this is our 7th project in Connaught Street and we are looking forward to working with the team.
44 Connaught Street is located within the Bayswater conservation area, part of The Hyde Park Estate. The building is a mixed use property arranged over basement, ground floor and 3 upper floors.
We are working alongside Colliers International Property Consultants Limited. The project is due to start on 29th July and the duration will be 18 weeks.
