We are delighted to confirm we have recently started a new project at Nell Gwynn House, London.
The proposed project is to undertake the fire precaution works at Nell Gwynn House.
Nell Gwynn House is a listed occupied building, offering luxury London serviced apartments. The property is arranged on lower ground, ground and nine upper floors. To the basement there are plant areas, a car park, a garage and vacant none non-residential areas. The ground floor houses residential flats, several offices and administration areas and there are residential flats to the upper floors.
The property is bounded by Sloane Avenue, Draycott Avenue & Whiteheads Grove, superbly located in Chelsea, Central London with many attractions just a short walk away.
The fire precaution works comprise the fire stopping to the risers within the building to rectify deficiencies with the fire separation / stopping to include dry lining works, installation of access panels, fire upgrade to existing doors, mastic works and decorations.
We are working alongside Cushman & Wakefield – Project & Development Services on this project and the duration will be 20 weeks.
