We are delighted to confirm we have secured a new project at Clarendon House, London. The works involved are a complete internal refurbishment of vacant residential space in the basement of the 7a/b Clarendon House.
Clarendon House is located at the heart of the Hyde Park Estate and is a short distance away from the boutique shops, cafe’s, restaurants and pubs of Connaught Village. Hyde Park, Oxford Street and the West End are also all nearby. Situated within the Bayswater Conservation Area the property is designated as Grade II listed building.
The internal refurbishment works and repairs to the residential basement areas include the complete strip out and formation for two basement flats. This includes floor excavation, waterproofing and structural alterations: new mechanical and electrical services, drainage and mechanical ventilation. The internal layout will be changed to include new ceilings, kitchen and sanitaryware, new doors, windows and decorations whilst retaining the original features of this period property.
We are working alongside JLL on this project, and the duration will be 30 weeks.
Watch this space to see the impressive transformation.
