We are delighted to confirm we have secured a new project. The proposed project is to undertake the internal and external refurbishment works at Daniel House.

The Daniel House in London is an academic facility of Samford University, Alabama, USA, Alabama’s top-ranked private university with nationally ranked academic programs. Samford University purchased the building in 1983, and Daniel House, Samford’s London Study Center, serves as home and classroom to students and faculty throughout the year in various academic programs.

The student accommodation and learning centre are arranged over the basement, ground and four upper floors. The building is located on the west side of Ashburn Gardens in the upmarket area of South Kensington. The property is a terraced townhouse dating from the 1870s.

The project will commence on the 09th April with a six-month programme of works. The works will include the internal and external refurbishment and alterations to upgrade the building envelope and services, alter the internal layout, and provide a rooftop extension and partial lift access. We will be working alongside Bond Bowman Chartered Surveyors, Jeffery Weeks Consulting Ltd and architects Healycornelius Design ltd.
