We are back at Connaught Street in the beautiful and charming Connaught Village with another secured project.
Having completed five more residential refurbishment and two retail refurbishment projects within Connaught Village highlights the client’s trust and confidence in our ability to provide excellent service and supply quality products.
The proposed scheme is the external and internal refurbishment at 24 Connaught Street, London W2.
The property is a Grade II Listed Georgian terrace comprising ground and basement commercial units with residential accommodation above.
24 Connaught street has a prime and prominent location in London’s heart, a short distance away from the boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs of Connaught Village and just a few minutes walk from Marble Arch, Oxford Street and the West End.
The works will include external refurbishment of both façades, new roof, the opening up of the existing pavement light, damp proofing to the basement areas, new floor slab, underfloor heating, full electrical rewire, new kitchen and bathrooms, the repair and refurbishment of existing coving and lath & plaster walls/ceilings and decoration work throughout.
The project will commence on 16th November and will be completed over 27 weeks.
