Following the successful completion of phase one of the fire precaution works at Nell Gwynn House, we are delighted to confirm we have secured the project’s second phase.

Nell Gwynn House is a listed occupied building offering luxury serviced apartments in the heart of London. The property is superbly located in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, Central London, close to the famous Harrods, with many shopping destinations and attractions just a short walk away. The property is designed in the Art Deco style by G. Kay Green, completed in 1937.

The Proposed scheme is the Phase II of the fire precaution works at Nell Gwynn House. The project includes additional fire precaution works, removal of asbestos and spalled concrete to various locations in the car park and boiler room and roof repairs to the two light well roofs to overcome water ingress.

We are working alongside Cushman & Wakefield – Project & Development Services on this project, and the duration will be five weeks.
