We are delighted to confirm we have completed the external refurbishment works at 29-33 Villiers Street.

29-33 Villiers Street is situated in a prime and prominent location between Charing Cross Station and Embankment Station, near Kipling House, where Rudyard Kipling lived in 1889–91, and a few minutes walk from Trafalgar Square and the National Gallery. The property is a Fully occupied residential area over ground floor retail units.

The works included external refurbishment and decorations to the rear of 29-33 Villiers Street: flat/mansard roof works, brickwork repairs, and guttering/downpipe repairs.

Contractor design elements of the works were associated with the scaffold design, relining of the parapet gutters, window installation/design, flat roof repairs in accordance with the kemper system and the pigeon netting design.

The works were completed to a very high standard, with our construction teams working hard to ensure the project timeframes and quality were achieved.
