45 Connaught Street is a Grade II Listed townhouse located within the Bayswater conservation area in the central Paddington district of London, a few minutes walks from Hyde Park and is within easy access to Oxford Street, the West End, and the historic Marble Arch.

It is not very often that a construction company has more than one refurbishment project on the same street; 45 Connaught street is our 5th completed project in the same street and the jewel in the crown of our Connaught Street schemes. This is a beautiful building with elegant and historic interiors brought up to the 21st century with excellent interior design and quality finishes. Having completed this project to a very high standard and now onto our 6th Connaught street project highlights the client’s trust and confidence in our ability to provide excellent service and quality products. This is down to the tireless efforts of all our construction teams and sub-contractors, who continually work hard to get the best possible outcome.
