We recently completed our office refurbishment project at 56-60 Conduit Street, one of the first projects we returned to after the lockdown.

Working on site while maintaining high productivity and at the same time complying with the strict COVID-19 procedures was very challenging.

As we returned to the new normal, we had to implement new processes and procedures to enable safe, stable, and timely project delivery.

56-60 Conduit Street is located within the heart of Mayfair. The building has a prime and prominent position on the south side of Conduit Street, which forms an essential link between Regent Street and Bond Street, two of the most well known and exclusive shopping streets in the world.

The property comprises office accommodation from the first to the seventh floor, with a large retail unit adjacent to the main office reception occupying ground and basement floor levels. The 7th floor boasts an impressive terrace area with fantastic views of Mayfair. Part of the property is also a rear courtyard providing parking.

The proposed scheme was the office refurbishment of the first, second, third, fifth, sixth, and seventh floors, including new carpeting, repair, and redecoration.

Due to the current COVID19 circumstances, our site manager had to be mindful of health and safety and programme implications.

The works were carried out over 20 weeks and completed to a very high standard, with a project value of £680k. We have been working alongside Tuffin Ferraby Taylor LLP.
