We are delighted to confirm we have secured a new project. The proposed project is to undertake the external refurbishment works at 29-33 Villiers Street.
29-33 Villiers Street is situated in a prime and prominent location between Charing Cross Station and Embankment Station, near Kipling House, where Rudyard Kipling lived in 1889–91, and a few minutes walk from Trafalgar Square and the National Gallery. The property is a Fully occupied residential area over ground floor retail units.
The project is due to commence on the 02nd of July with a ten weeks programme of works. The works will include external refurbishment and decorations to the rear of 29-33 Villiers Street, works to include flat/mansard roof works, brickwork repairs, and guttering/downpipe repairs. Contractor design elements of the works are associated with the scaffold design, relining of the parapet gutters, window installation/design, flat roof repairs per the kemper system and the pigeon netting design.
