16 Connaught Street is a four bedroom Georgian house built circa 1828 in the central Paddington district of London, located a few minutes’ walk from Hyde Park and is within easy access to Oxford Street, the West End and the Marble Arch.

16 Connaught Street is set over 4 floors and includes 2 reception rooms, both with original fireplaces, fully fitted kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are en suite, 4 bathrooms and a patio.

The works included the high-quality refurbishment and external maintenance to the residential premises. The works consisted of reconfiguration of the layout, installation of new heating and electrical circuits as well as lighting, new kitchen and bathroom facilities as well as the complete redecoration and installation of new flooring, damp proofing and rebuilding of the roof.

The entire property has been finished with stunning interiors and refurbished to a very high standard, features beautiful wood flooring, high ceilings and period features.
