24 Connaught Street is a Terraced Georgian Grade II Listed period building comprising ground and basement commercial unit with residential accommodation above. The ground floor and the three levels above form the residential unit. The property has a prime and prominent location in the heart of Hyde Park Estate, just a few minutes’ walk from Hyde Park and is within easy access to Oxford Street, the West End and the Marble Arch.

The works included the high-end internal refurbishment and external repairs to the residential premises. The works consisted of the refurbishment of all the internal rooms and staircases, including structural elements, plastering, new electrics, flooring, tiling work, new kitchenette/WC’s and decorations to the residential unit 1st to 3rd floors.

External repairs comprise of structural works, rendering/plastering, repointing, redecoration works, roofing work, window/door and brickwork repairs and installation of new windows.

The entire property has been finished with stunning interiors and refurbished to a very high standard, features beautiful wood flooring and period features. We have had reports back that the client is extremely pleased with the outcome and the property has been rented out within a week of the completion.
