The project was on our framework scheme and was the refurbishment works at 32 Manchester Street, London.
32 Manchester Street is a Georgian property, located within The Portman Estate’s 110 acres of land within Marylebone, London W1. The estate has a rich heritage dating back to the 16th century and consists of premium residential properties, shops and independent businesses. The Portman Estate includes key places of architectural and historical interest along with a vibrant blend of shops, including Portman Village, restaurants, wine-bars, hotels, and garden squares – in the heart of London’s West End.
The project comprised the void refurbishment works to all the internal rooms including electrical testing, new voile blinds, remedial kitchen joinery work, re-mastic of kitchen and bathroom and full decorations.
