10 Seymour Street is a residential end of terrace property of traditional brick construction with heritage features. The Georgian building forms part of The Portman Estate, and is located within a prime and prominent area in the heart of Marylebone, surrounded by some of London’s most significant landmarks.

The property is across five floors, basement through to third floor, and has been sub-divided into two separate apartments. Flat 2 is a single residential dwelling over three floors, from first through to third, with an entrance hall on the ground floor. The property backs on to Berkeley Mews.

The works comprised complete internal refurbishment and specialist heritage and structural repairs, including specialist oak beam strengthening, specialist heritage ceiling and cornice repairs, new mechanical and electrical installations, new bathrooms and kitchens, decorations, and flooring.
