The Corporation of Trinity House of Deptford Strond, known as Trinity House is a private corporation governed under a Royal Charter. It is the official General Lighthouse Authority for England, Wales, the Channel Islands and Gibraltar, responsible for the provision and maintenance of navigational aids, such as lighthouses, light vessels, buoys, and maritime radio/satellite communication systems.
Trinity House is the headquarters of the corporation and was designed by architect Samuel Wyatt and built in 1796. Trinity House is a Grade I listed building, located in Tower Hill the property enjoys views of the Tower of London and the River Thames.
Works comprised the refurbishment of the Library (main function room) located on the 1st floor to include mechanical & electrical installations, high-quality decorations, new carpet and joinery.
