We have completed another project for our client, The Portman Estate.

This project was on our framework scheme and was the refurbishment works at 32 Manchester Street, London.

This was our assistant site manager Dominic Murray-Fry first opportunity to manage a project on his own. He did a fantastic job ensuring that there were good health and safety standards and completed on time and to a very high standard.

Well done, Dominic!

32 Manchester Street is a Georgian property situated within The Portman Estate’s 110 acres of land within Marylebone, London W1. The estate has a rich heritage dating back to the 16th century and consists of premium residential properties, shops and independent businesses. The Portman Estate includes key places of architectural and historical interest along with a vibrant blend of shops, including Portman Village, restaurants, wine bars, hotels, and garden squares – in the heart of London’s West End.

The works comprised the void refurbishment works to all the interior rooms, including electrical testing, new voile blinds, kitchen and bathroom works, and complete decorations.
