Throwback to one of our favourite residential refurbishment projects – 45 Connaught Street.

45 Connaught Street is a Grade II Listed townhouse we refurbished a few months ago for our client, The Church Commissioners for England.

The building is located in the central Paddington district of London. In addition to its prime and prominent location, the elegant and historic interiors brought up to the 21st century with excellent interior design and quality finishes make this property very desirable.

45 Connaught Street is a stunning residential property arranged over five levels. The accommodation comprises four spacious double bedrooms, a large reception room with an open plan dining area, a modern kitchen, a separate utility room, three stylish bathrooms, a shower room and a further guest cloakroom. The property also benefits from a garden and a first-floor terrace.

With a value of £630k, the project consisted of the internal and external refurbishment of the property, including complete M&E service upgrades, damp proofing, and reconfiguration of some of the existing layouts to provide updated living accommodation, plaster and joinery repairs, decorations and new floor finishes.

Having completed this project to a very high standard and already completed five more Connaught street projects highlights the client’s trust and confidence in our ability to provide excellent service and quality products.
