We have recently completed another successful project, an Office Refurbishment at 7-8 Philpot Lane.
The project was the refurbishment of offices occupying the basement, ground and three upper floors of Grade II listed building at 7-8 Philpot Lane. The building is located in a prime and prominent position on the west side of Philpot Lane, near the junctions of Fenchurch Street and Eastcheap and directly opposite the internationally renowned Rafael Viñoly designed 20 Fenchurch Street.
Located within the banking and insurance district in the heart of the city of London, 200 metres to the south of the Lloyd’s Building, The Bank of England, and The London Underwriting Centre, the area has long been favoured by major international occupiers from the insurance, financial, professional and corporate sectors.
It’s demanding to work in the heart of the insurance district, but we at Godfrey Martin Ltd tailor our approach to deliver office refurbishment to an exceptional standard.
The project was to refurbish the common parts, all floor office spaces and adjoining toilets/showers. The works included strip out, new mechanical & electrical installations, new ceilings, new floor finishes, new sanitaryware, tiling, decorations and joinery, external works, and minor roofing works.
